This recording has been superseded by Les Witches' far more rewarding follow-up recordings, Bara Faustus' Dreame (2004) and Manuscrit Suzanne van Soldt (2008), both of which represents the group in a more accomplished and distinctive vein. Nobody's Jig is made up of seventeenth and early eighteenth century dances initially collected in John Playford's English Dancing Master and related sources.
