Volume 1 was published in 1995 ( ISBN 0-907768-72-5 ); Volume 2 appeared in 1998 ( ISBN 1-901231-06-2 ); Volume 3 was published in 2001 ( ISBN 1-901231-23-2 ). The set is fine save one lightly creased cover corner and a little stain on the upper trim ( not affecting text ) of volume 2. All 3 volumes are signed by the author across the frontis portrait, with a short presentation inscription in volume 1. A heavy set of books, weighing just under 2000g when wrapped, substantially in excess of the default weight of 1000g for the postage quotation, and thus requiring a request for the extra postage ( at cost ) at the time of order.
