This research work develops the topic of new technologies based on the control of matter and its composition at the Nano-, and Micro-scale for the generation of Nanotechnology, Micro-devices, Chips, and Instrumentation of reduced dimensions. In particular, it focuses on the design of ideas and new strategies for the release of drugs, Bio-pharmaceuticals, and Nutraceuticals. That is to say on different chemical species that have interest in Life Sciences with interests towards health, nutrition, improvement in sports performance. It also addresses the subject of diagnosis and treatments where high level of instrumentation and related technology is involved, where new Nano-, Micro-materials can be part of a new technique or methodology. In other words, recent advances in progress are shown and analyzed; as well as concrete and real incorporations are compared and mentioned, which are already in the almost daily market. Similarly, the aforementioned concept of release of a chemical species associated with a certain property has been extended to the release of non-classical light.
