This is a basic book, and it covers all the key points and provides some helpful analysis and case law. I would certainly recommend it as a nice primer and review.
I do have a couple of nits. First, I would have liked to have a bit more advanced discussion about damages limitations and indemnification, particularly some theory/discussion about justifying asymetrical risk allocation. I found the discussion there a bit too basic.
Second, it is clearly tailored for those one time M&A agreements, not necessarily every day contracts. I would have a difficult time convincing a business client that a one page Forum Selection section is justified or that we really need to cover notice in three pages.
Even so, I found the book loaded with useful insights and well worth having on the bookshelf.
