The Montreal Winds release consists of an apparently anonymous arrangement for winds of Beethoven's Symphony No. 7 in A major, Op. 92; it's not clear from where ATMA derives the claim that the version was "authorized by Beethoven himself," but such so-called "Harmoniemusik" was common enough at the time.
