This is Volume 2, Issue 2, released Spring/Summer 2014. This issue features articles that explore the political question doctrine and its impact on targeted killing cases; the challenges of prosecuting online terrorism advocacy; the use of psychological assessments to improve the scrutiny of security clearance applicants; and the implications of recent revisions to Art. 60, UCMJ, which were enacted to address perceived problems with the military's handling of sexual assault cases.
