Everyone one should get this book. Easy to read and comprehend. Well written. I have recommended to many of my friends dealing with nasty people. We all have them. It is better for someone to read the book and search and figure out for themselves then to tell them the truth they do not want to hear or comprehend. I can see changes in the way I respond to mean people and how I think and feel about myself already. Please remember to buy the newer revised edition.

good suggestions
While I didn't agree with everything this author proposed, I did think many of his suggestions for protecting oneself from 'NASTY PEOPLE' was very helpful. Repeating what the nasty person says, loudly, especially in the presence of others, seems like a useful tool.
