This publication features the proceedings of the Naming a Practice: Curatorial Strategies for the Future seminar that originated as an independent project within the Canadian curatorial community to provide a forum on curating in the visual arts. Organized in cooperation with the Walter Phillips Gallery and The Banff Centre, the event took place in November 1994.
