Great Intro to the Runes
I was quite surprised upon opening this book, and found that although it is a very brief work
of little more than 200 some pages, that it was quite comprehensive in its scope and treatment of the subject matter.
The book covers the origins of the Runes, the mythology surrounding them, and means to use them as an oracle for the purposes of diving the future. It closes with a description of the Gods of the Aesir and Vanir and their roles in earthly affairs.
For the neophyte, this book is an excellent introduction to a very ancient western method
of philosophy, magick and divination. If you are an adept in reading and understanding
the Runes, this book will provide many interesting and new views for you to ponder.
I give this book 4 out of 5 stars for quality and ease of reading.
