The Living Era collection My Truly, Truly Fair includes 27 songs, making it the longest single-disc collection available. Also, it gives prominent place to his most popular material: the ballad "My Heart Cries for You" "My Truly, Truly Fair," and "There's a Pawnshop on the Corner in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania" (all million-sellers). They're some of the best sides to issue from the notoriously generic Columbia factory during the early '50s, and Mitchell's other material, though heavily melodramatic, stays at the same level.
