Although I am happy that I own the 5th edition of this book for a very small price , I am not sure that it is the most useful Dermatology book. I mean it is not an atlas and the macroscopic pictures are not that helpful.
Anyway , as I said , it's not an atlas . You can find an off-season text in the book...not . The basic principals are all in there . The text is really great and along with the microscopic pictures are mind-openers.
Buy eat but don't be disappointed if the pictures are small.
