Mudras are sacred hand gestures or positions that are used to evoke a state of mind. These symbolic gestures are often practiced with the hands and fingers.They facilitate the flow of energy in the body and enhance the spiritual journey within one's being. When used during meditation they help enhance and channel your body's energy flow. Merging 3 important elements; Chakras, Mudras and relaxation through colouring, my aim with this book is to help initiate you into understanding mudras and their strengths. This will aid you towards better health and spirituality. Explore some of the many mudras, each accompanied with its name and its facilitation towards empowerment.
