The freaky looking doll on the cover is the best thing about the book. That thing looks really scary. Who ever designed the cover knew what he was doing. The book does have some creepy moments, but isn't anything a horror fan hasn't seen. This is an okay midnight read that offers some scares. The pace is a little slow, which ruins the suspense.
