However, just as Kirschnereit doesn't do anything to incite criticism, there's nothing here to really rave about either. Listeners who are already enamored with more universally acclaimed recordings by artists like Uchida or Brendel are not likely to find sufficient reason to add this cycle to their collection, and those in the market for their first recording of these masterworks would probably be...
