My teeth were getting loose, with bleeding, tender, receding gums last summer. I found DrEllie.com and watched some of her videos. Decided to give it a try one Friday evening at the beginning of August.
3 weeks later, first dental visit in at least five years (Covid) and my mouth was already significantly healthier! Been 11 mos since i began and i'm finally reading her two books. This is the second one - for deeper insight into her simple and miraculous approach to mouth care. It really does come clean! Brilliant!
