A clean tight unmarked copy, some creasing, scratches to covers and a bit of surface loss to rear cover as shown.
This is a collection of vignettes held together with the themes of "life of the road," and "motel life." While I found many of these tales interesting, it was mainly because I've had many similar experiences; it wasn't because they were great literature. Shepard does write with wit and many of these collected, brief stories are poignant, or funny.
