This book was written some 20 years ago. At that time, psychoneuroimmunology is a completely new branch of alternatie medicine, nothing much was known about it. This book was recommended to me by a friend. I didn't not find anything particularly appealing maybe because nowadays a lot of books have been written on similar subject, so I may have already known a little about it but one thing for sure, in case if you don't know, Joan Borysenko is considered the pioneer in such field.
