German description: Der Schutz Minderjahriger in den sozialen Netzwerken ist vor dem Hintergrund der stetigen Entwicklung ihrer Funktionsweisen und Nutzungsmoglichkeiten bedeutender denn je. Seit geraumer Zeit beschaftigen sich die Gerichte zunehmend mit Fragen zur Nutzung sozialer Netzwerke durch Minderjahrige. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit erregten die sich uber Jahre sowie uber mehrere Instanzen erstreckenden Facebook-Entscheidungen zum digitalen Nachlass einer Minderjahrigen. Die Vererbbarkeit eines Nutzeraccounts bildet nur ein Beispiel dafur, welche Rechtsfragen sich im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung sozialer Netzwerke stellen. Der Fokus der Arbeit liegt auf der Veroffentlichung von Bildern Minderjahriger, die entweder durch die Eltern (sog. sharenting), Dritte oder durch die Minderjahrigen selbst vorgenommen werden. Die Arbeit zeigt einerseits, dass die bestehenden Normen bereits ein gutes Schutzniveau gewahren. Andererseits bedarf es neben der regulatorischen Ebene auch der Sensibilisierung der Gesellschaft fur einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Inhalten, um mit dem Tempo des digitalen Wandels Schritt zu halten.
