Its not often a book can be so full of documentary evidence and scientific data AND keep up an interesting narrative.
As a milk and cheese addict I was not happy with Robert Cohen's findings, but at least I now know the health problems they cause and can make an informed choice.
This book has helped me and my friends already, lots of great info about dairy foods that the ads never mention!!
