Why???
I picked up a copy of this book awhile back and just now decided to use it. Imagine my surprise to find on page xxv "Read This Before You Begin" that it is impossible to complete the exercises in the book without the data files which were stored at "www.course.com", a website that no longer exists. I'm sure there is a lot of good information to be gleaned from the pages of this book, but without the data files I am left without some necessary materials. I will try to be more careful in the future to avoid books with accompanying websites since, as I have learned, they can disappear at any time. An included CD is far better.
