I despised this book. I felt many former friends have exploited their relationship with Freddie and this the Worst. He reveals personal information that we the public don't need to know. Freddie was special, he was private and I cannot believe that he would've approved of his personnel life in print. I cried when I read how Jim tells of his death. I was hurt that Freddies pain and his last hours were intimately described .Book is shallow and self serving. What ?didn't Freddie leave him enough money or was he mad at Mary?
