The sextet's debut album is a mixed bag of sub-New Christy Minstrels folk revival numbers, done in the same manner as the Christys: the soloists alternate with the group vocals, and the group tries to be folksy almost to a fault. Randy Sparks did most of the songwriting and was trying hard to come up with something along the lines of "Green, Green," as is evident listening to "Silver Dollar" and "Long Time Ago."
