Straightforward and easy to read. It's a refreshing read. The author is able to deal with deep philosophy without the heavy, dragging, mind-boggling attempts to define certain uncertainties. Mainly focused on Buddhist approaches to a simple, happy life.

An excellent guide to have on hand
If you're on your path to inner freedom, this book is a helpful guide. This is my second copy; I've kept a prior copy for over 30 years. The teachings have a way of continuing to inspire.
