Fair. 160 p., plus catalogue of other titles offered by publisher (fascinating), all clean and unmarked except for penciled name of former owner in lovely 19th hand on front end page. Pages clumsily opened, so there are small open tears at some margins. Paper strong and only mildly age-toned but end pages are foxed. Binding firm; bright gilt lettering on sine but embossed brown boards have bumped corners and abrasion at crown of spine. At lower boards are damp stains that extend to front end pages and back end pages. This lovely volume deserves rebinding.
