Some of the activities will be differentiated by outcome, while other more closed activities will be presented at several levels of difficulty. Throughout, MAL (Using and applying Maths) is highlighted for each activity. To accommodate all the UK maths curricula, the chapters will cover number, money and algebra, handling data, shape and space and measures. The activities will range from closed to open, mental to concrete representation, individual to whole class, and include some self assessment and discussion record sheets. The text is also suitable for Scottish Levels C-E.
