English summary: Heinrich Heine used the "Little Diners" in "Confessions" as point-of-departure for his reflections on the dialectical processes of society. In the pre-revolutionary form of socialization of the intimate in the diners of the libertine, he recognizes the possibilities for the development of the subversive and productive ideas of a future society. Heine, who had frequented the intellectual circle of the July Monarchy in Paris, kept chiefly in mind the "Salons in the Ancien Regime" the Societe d'Auteuil of Madame Helvetius, the circle around the Baron dHolbach or also Voltaires "Society" in Ferney. They were arenas of convivial idleness and of intellectual delight. In the literary output of Heine's contemporaries, such as Balzac, Nerval, Walter Scott, and Gautier, the book followed the traditional models of that form of socialization that had existed from Rabelais to Voltaire. The reader experiences the "Confessions" in their anecdotal structure, as the text establishes an arena of communication, the site of the leisure par excellence, and spaces of imaginary communication, in which the "Dialog" with intellectuals is traced back to antiquity through Petronius and Horace and to Plato, are enabled and enlivened. In an intertextual and self-referential connection of rich texture, Heine enlists a series of verbal tenses in relieving thought, which even again- sometimes in a socially subversive manner- provides a basis to make spaces of leisure possible: Freedom as a lifestyle in the sense of Jean Jacques Rousseu.
