Thanks to this book, I now have a pretty good idea not only what went wrong with my last relationship but why it has been so very hard for me to find a satifying relationship up to this point. Each of the chapters in the first section, helped me to dig deeper into who I am. I now realize I have a lot of healing still to do despite the fact that my relationship with my son's father ended ten years ago. But I am also more confident than ever that I will be able to conquer those demons from my past that interfere with my desire to have strong, loving relationships.
