I must say that this book gives a very vivid and detailed account of the life of Marie Antoinette. As a big fan of historical based books I find Evelyne Levers account of one of the most misunderstood characters in history to be both enlightening and wonderful. From her younger years as the Archduchess of Austria to the glamour and splendor of Versaille to her ill fated choices that sealed her fate as Queen. Overall this book is a great read and I would recommend it without question.
