this book is the BEST book i've ever read. the pictures are so gorgeous, and it is such a great & entertaining tale of how what we say should not always be taken litterally and perhaps it is not always the biggest, most extravagant things that make someone happy. i also like hhow, throgh wry creativity, it is a more common man who is the hero of the story...... i just can't say enough about this book. the processing & shipping of this book was prompy & hassle-free.............. great job!

Witty and charming
I love this book. It's quite funny and great fun to read aloud. "Many Moons" also reminds you, in such a wonderfully clever manner, that life and almost everything in it is a matter of perspective, and trust shouldn't always be reserved for the experts. Dry humour, and a book that will have staying power (especially in any girl's reperatoire).

Another charming work from James Thurber
I love Many Moons. It?s a great children?s book about perspectives and possibilities. It?s charming and funny and sweet. I prefer this version with Marc Simont?s illustrations.
