The one chapter on how to communicate with a partner is worth the price of the book alone.
Essentially, the chapter I refer to is text about non-violent communication. The authors utilize more specific language, how couples commonly speak to one another, to make it applicable to how couples can (and maybe should, if should isn't viewed as a negative) speak to one another, in order to strengthen their bond rather than corrode it.
