Clarence F. Underwood. Good. No Jacket. 12mo-over 6¾"-7¾" tall. 322 pages. Lightly read book. Colored frontispiece. Minor wear on the corners. Corners are square. Very slight darkening on the spine from the sun. Slight wear on the top and bottom of the spine. Spine is tight and there are no loose pages. White lettering on cover is starting to chip off. Slight creaseing on the front cover which may be a binding error. On page 16 and 17, there is crack along the binding. Brief inscription inside top front cover. Other than noted, there are no marks or writing in the book.
