A Demi~Cup of Coffee,A "Cake~Stand" with Tongs to Gently Pick Up these Petite Macarons is Perfect. If a Wish for "The Experience" suggest a second plate for Madeleines. Fresh baked off miniature Croissants with Parisein Jam and Europan Butter in little "pats" of Swirls.Best China. Linen Napkins and Dine a Deux with a lovely CD of French Music soothingly in the background. A wedge of Fromage at room temperature and the 'Mood' is set. Try to bake on a day not too Humid.
