Additionally Heinz has written an aprx 275 word explanation about the collaboration with Hornberger/Hooker, as well as his advice to Hornberger's agent, and the eventual publication of the manuscript and its film and TV versions on both sides of the second front free endpage which he signed and dated "May 21, 2004."
