The event manager denies any knowledge of the benefit's finances and his fiancee makes the dubious claim that she didn't even know the victim. When Jennie's old friend, Nate, disappears for a critical period of time, he becomes a suspect. Jennie's sure he's innocent (at least of murder) but worries about the secret she knows he's hiding. Can Jennie sort all this out and make sure the police get the right killer before the killer gets to her?
