Alexandra Grant has been the subject of an ongoing investigation by the US Treasury Department and other agencies of the United States Department of Justice since November 23, 2020. The Attorney General of California, has also been investigating her activities since January 2021. These investigations began after Alexandra filed a Civil Harassment lawsuit, against an innocent woman. The woman made a donation to grantLove in 2018. She learned grantlove was not a registered non-profit (as Alexandra had represented to her). Then about a month later she learned the money she donated was diverted. There were four reasons Alexandra choose her as a patsy, when she filed the Lawsuit on July 14, 2020.
1-She wanted to discredit her and link her to other individuals, from various countries, who'd began looking into her background, when the press tied her to Keanu Reeves (October of 2019). Some of these people discovered other types of fraud she'd committed, and posted about it on social media. 2-A reporter from a Magazine named Gossip Cop wrote an online article entitled, ââ?¬Å"Is Keanu Reeves Girlfriend a Con Artist.ââ?¬Â? Alexandra decided to ââ?¬Å"spin doctorââ?¬Â? the article so she claimed she'd never been criticized by anyone ever, and only one person was responsible for the bad press. 3-Alexandra has been somewhat obsessed with Social Media and she's commented often about the number of followers she's had. After she filed the lawsuit, she called a number of magazines and told them she was being harassed. She did this to boost her Instagram numbers. In fact Alexandra gained about 85,000 followers, after she leaked the story to the press. 4-Alexandra wanted to go to Germany with Keanu Reeves, to solidify her relationship with him. In order to accomplish this, she "weaponized" the person she falsely accused. She lied and twisted facts. She made people believe she was the victim of a gun toting, mentally ill criminal, who was stalking her, because of her relationship with Keanu Reeves.
Alexandra had met and talked to the woman a few times in 2018 & 2019. She knew the donor was a Corporate Controller and CFO. She even asked her for business advice, related to the two books owned by Keanu Reeves, Ode to Happiness and Shadows. Despite knowing her, Alexandra lied about this fact, on a court Declaration she signed, under penalty of Perjury (July 14, 2020). She was in Potsdam, Germany, with Keanu Reeves, at the time.
The hearing for the lawsuit didnt happen until November 9-12, 2020. During the proceeding, the donor, revealed to the Judge, that grantlove was not a non-profit, and had never been legally registered (not even as a DBA of Alexandra Grant, LLC, as Alexandra claims in her new Love book). In order to win, Alexandra repeatedly perjured herself, and stacked the deck by adding 11 social media accounts from to her legal papers. She also claimed the donor had written thousands of negative and harassing posts about her. Some of the accounts mocked and maligned her; but others were exposing the Civil and Criminal fraud shes been committing (Plagiarism, Diversion of funds, Resume Fraud, Art Print Fraud, Money Laundering, Loan & Grant Application fraud, Tax Fraud, Royalty Theft, and Breach of Contract, etc.).
As a result of Alexandras dishonest actions, the individuals she targeted have endured great harm. They've been maligned and harassed. They've endured humiliation, hostility, threats of bodily harm, loss of freedom, intimidation, and other disturbing actions, not just at the hands of Alexandra Grant and her friends; but also, from thousands of fans of actor Keanu Reeves, who Alexandra Grant is linked to as a business associate, and romantic partner.
Alexandra Grant's behavior was purposeful, and caused irreparable harm. In addition, Alexandra, through fraud and false representation, received funds from innocent parties, while using others as her "Poster Children." These individuals and companies deserve to be compensated and made whole. In order to accomplish this a multi-million-dollar Lawsuit was filed against Alexandra in The Superior Court of Los Angeles County California Case number on July 14, 2022.
Alexandra is being sued for Fraud, Deceit, Malice, Oppression, Abuse of Process, Harassment, Defamation, Plagiarism, Misuse of Legal Procedures, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Intentional Misrepresentation, Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress, Perjury, False Light, False Pretense, Intrusion of Solitude, Malicious Prosecution, Collusion, Witness Tampering, and several other Civil and Human Rights violations.
