It was a nice change to read a story that actually had a beginning, a middle and a very satisfying result. I am tired of the usual gay story that starts off with sex and continues all thru the book. I first thought Longhorns was going to be like all the other x rated books, but decided to keep reading another chapter to see where the story was going, only to get totally involved with the characters and their lives. It was easy to get excited about the ending, that you think you know will be there, and fun to see how Buck finally seduced Les, that they were really meant to be. Now, I do have a slight problem; since my book ended at page 244 (which can be acceptable as an ending) but I hope someone will send the missing 8 pages so I can read the final resolution that Mr. Banis wrote. Maybe it is how I have ended the story in my imagination. Thank you Mr. Banis for a great read.
