Prior to this bold move I had lived my life in a small town in Western Norway, and never been out of the country before. In London, just after my eighteenth birthday, I was befriended by The Pretty Things, and became an on and off girlfriend of Phil May. The band introduced me to their friends, The Rolling Stones and I was a frequent backstage visitor at their local concerts. I lived a life that was the envy of many., dating big stars like Jeff Beck and going to all the fancy places in London, and later in Los Angeles. I emigrated to the USA in late sixties, and I still live in California. In the early seventies however, I was once more living in London and mingling with the beautiful people. Dating Keith Moon was an experience, but he was hard to resist. It was the best of times and it was the worst of times, as Dickens once wrote. Reading my book you will know what I mean.
