Phil resides in Hanover, MA with his wife Tina. He has two sons, Erik and Kurt. Sports have played a major role in his life. From playing high school and college football to coaching both his sons in multiple sports to being a board certified official in football, basketball and baseball, he has gained many memorable experiences from his multiple sporting involvements. Golf came along and has become a passion. Maybe his parents knew what was to come when they gifted him the perfect golf initials, PAR.
