Our political parties have devolved into two hostile camps with vastly different interpretations of the Constitution. Some Americans fear and detest Socialism, while Progressives present it as our Utopia. Frenchman Alexis de Tocqueville visited America in 1834. Of what he had seen he wrote, "America is great because America is good". He went on to say, "When America ceases to be good, she will cease to be great.
