Convincing is the honesty and the sustainability of the business model. In todays business environment limited by fees, taxes, norms and industrial criteria it will be very difficult to repeat this approach if there is not enough 'substance' behind. Also to have the employees sharing the same committments without cut back of the legal requirements and expectations will be more difficult nowadays. A very true lesson of Best Business Practice.
