About Author: Allistar Banks has loved children's books for as long as she can remember. The magic and imagination fascinated her and brought her to began writing children's books as a youth. The mock book she wrote in elementary school was called "The Sorcerer and the Magic Pond," and it won an award. Her mother was also a school teacher at the time, and her heartfelt stories of children grew the Author's interest more to write this book. She looks forward to writing more books soon.
