Fads that not only don't help learning, but will end up doing devastating, long-term damage to the very people they are supposed to be helping! Learning and Education also covers how Higher Education (HE) has lost its way, and how HE students are not getting what they think they are getting. This must change! Graduating with massive debts after having received (at best) a mediocre learning experience, it is time to fight for what students are paying for! In most other fields, what happens in HE would be called fraud! Education should be all about learning, but it isn't, it is all about teaching (except in HE, where it is all about research).
