HARRY WILLIAMS (1909-79), the influential historian and long-time (38 years! ) Louisiana State University professor who penned such classics as "Lincoln and His Generals" (1952), "Huey Long" (1969, National Book Award and Pulitzer Prize winner), "Lincoln and the Radicals" (1941), "P.G.T.
