In addition, case updates will be provided to remain abreast of new developments in law. This sixth edition contains new material on Home Information Packs, further updates arising from the Land Registration Act 2002, and changes to the area of mortgages from the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and Consumer Credit Act 2006. In addition the significant developments in the areas of implied trusts and proprietary estoppel will be considered and new case law will feature throughout. Mark Davys is Teaching Fellow at Keele University specialising in property law, having previously practised as a solicitor. Joe Cursley was Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of East London. He taught land law for many years, as well as employment and contract law.
