Covers are very lightly tanned on spine else a fine, unopened copy, in publisher's unprinted glassine dust jacket lightly toned at the spine, else bright. Copy number 87 of 412 numbered copies. A cinematic novel, the film of the same name, directed by Robbe-Grillet, won the Prix Louis Delluc at the 1963 Berlin International Film Festival.
