The pattern uses worsted weight yarn and size 5 mm (size 8 US) single pointed knitting needles and a cable needle. I indicate where to change the colours of yarn in the pattern so there isn't any confusion. But please note, you can knit the beanie in one solid colour also. There's no reason why you can't. This toque is in adult sizes only!
