When I first opened this book, I thought it to be dense and cumbersome with information. After taking the time (with patience) to go through the visual aids and actually read chapters on end, I've realize that this book contains a great deal of information on human movement. It's pretty dry, but if you're looking to understand what goes on at every joint within the body during particular movements, it's amazing. Honestly, I've taken to this book quite a bit. The information is details, well-worded, and well pictured. I'm a physical therapy student and I'd definitely recommend this to others going to PT school.
