I had the great honor to be a part of some ââ?¬Å"trainingââ?¬Â? that these three put together. It was absolutely the hardest and the most insightful time of my life. This book is like attending 7 days of training. But you must be ready to look at yourself, habits, relationships and everything in your life. If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired; this the book for you!
