While Seth struggles with coming to terms with his loses, an Osaka trading company surprises him with a lucrative buy-out offer for his troubled Kill Devil Hills, NC company. Seth goes against his instincts and accepts the mysterious buy-out offer. Instead of collecting the rewards for the sale of his seafood company, Seth Tinsley finds himself alone in Japan, wanted for mass-murder, and an expendable pawn of the US Government.
