Clarks chapter on youth development is excellent. It is a must read for any aspiring coach or apprentice professional on the pitfalls of choosing a career in football.
Would have liked him to have gone into depth about his poor signings - Silenzi stands out like a sore thumb.
Having said that there were plenty of excellent ones Collymore, Cooper, Lyttle etc.
